We attracted new prospects to an invitation only events for C-Level executives.


OBJECTIVE

To drive a significant portion of 'new' prospects to the event. The prospects still had to fit the qualifying criteria for attendees (C Suite). An additional focus was on monitoring numbers of sign-ups who then attended the event (fully engaged sign-ups absolutely key)

Solution

Using bespoke data as well as carefully selected 3rd party data to identify only C Suite professionals in the relevant geographical areas, Encore undertook a digital marketing campaign to drive attendees to the registration pages to register for the event. The focus was on driving only 100% relevant registrations to the event.

ResultS

A total of 235 new registrations were delivered via the Encore platform in a 6 week period. These came only from the target group in key geographical areas (Sydney & Melbourne being the focus)
